Burveg with Honey and Mustard Sauce


If you fancy a different, tasty and easy burger, this recipe is perfect for you. It combines fresh ingredients with a balanced sauce, resulting in a delicious bite.

  • In a bowl, mix the honey and Dijon mustard until getting an homogenous and integrated sauce.
  • Heat a pan with some olive oil in it and cook the BurVeg until golden brown on both sides.
  • Put the bottom bun on a plate and spread some honey and mustard sauce.
  • Put the hot burveg over the bun.
  • Add some tomato slices and fresh lettuce.
  • Add a little more of sauce and finish with some crunchy onion to give some texture.
  • Put the top bun on... and ready to enjoy!
