Vegan Pink Coconut Matcha is a delicious drink that combines the energy of matcha with the softness of coconut and a unique visual touch thanks to the colour of beetroot.
What do you need?
350 ml of oat drink
Sweetener to your taste
80 ml of coconut flesh
1 teaspoon of matcha tea (powder)
20 ml of hot water
1/2 teaspoon of beetroot natural colorant
How to do the Pink Coconut Matcha
Dissolve the matcha tea powder in hot water, until no lumps are
left. Add the oat drink and set aside.
In a bowl, mix the coconut flesh with the beetroot colorant and
sweetener, until obtaining a creamy and homogenous blend.
First, serve the coconut mix in a glass.
Then, carefully add the matcha tea to create layers.
Serve in a clear glass to highlight the green
and pink contrast.
