Oat and Seeds Porridge with Omega-3-Rich Vegetable Drink


A quick, healthy and delicious idea for breakfast or evening snack.

DIRECTIONS

  • In a pot, put the oat drink with some drops of Steviat and the oat flakes. Cook over low heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring from time to time until it becomes thick.
  • Serve in individual bowls and sprinkle some chia seeds over. 
  • Add your favourite fruits and enjoy the moment.
