Essential oil of Peppermint (Mentha  x piperita L., aerial part).

ORAL USE: Adults: Dilute and mix 1 drop in 2.5 ml of vegetable oil in a spoon. Maximum of 5 drops/day. Always use under professional advise

• Do not use as a substitute for a healthy and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
• Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose.
• Keep out of reach of small children. 
• Do not use pure,since it can cause irritation on skin and mucosae.
• Do not use long-term.
• Do not use on pregnant or breastfeeding women and children under 12 years of age.
• Do not use in case of gallstones, biliary obstruction or gastroesophageal reflux.
• Do not us in case of history of epilepsy, convulsions or neurological disorders.
