Soria Natural has just obtained the gluten-free certification as a producer and packer of gluten-free food products in accordance with the European Licensing System (ELS).
This certification covers more than 40 of the company's food product references, which will soon carry the ELS seal, an international symbol recognized by all those who must follow a gluten-free diet.
