    Per tablet: Stabilizer: microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium salts of citric acid (485.5 mg), magnesium bisglycinate (207 mg), anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide and magnesium salts of fatty acids, stabilizer: cross-linked sodium carboxylmethylcellulose, pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vit. B6 ).

    Per daily intake (3 tablets)
    Magnesium 300 mg (80% NRV*)
    Vitamin B6 2.1 mg (150% NRV*)

  • Directions

    Adults: Take 2-3 tablets daily with a little water.

    Recommendations

    • Store in a cool and dry place.
    • Do not use as a substitute for a healthy and well-balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
    • Keep out of reach of small children.
    • Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose.
    • An excessive consumption may induce laxative effects.
