    Per tablet: Stabilizer: microcrystalline cellulose, calcium carbonate, magnesium oxide, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, L-ascorbic acid (Vit. C), dry extract of bamboo (Bambusa arundinacea (Retz.) Willd., thallus and sprouts) (15.3 mg), menaquinone (Vit. K2) anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, zinc picolinate, boric acid, manganese gluconate, cholecalciferol (Vit. D3), copper bisglycinate.

    Adults: take 4 tablets daily (2 tablet every 12 hours).
