Do you want to cook an even healthier seitan recipe? Use the air fryer to eat this delicious, crunchy seitan, with almost no oil.
INGREDIENTS:
300 g of Soria Natural’s sliced seitan
3 tablespoons of Soria Natural’s Vegenesa
Pink Himalayan salt from Soria Natural
80 g of breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon of chickpea flour
3 tablespoons of water
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon of sweet paprika
DIRECTIONS
Cut the seitan into thick strips and reserve.
On other side, mix chickpea flour, water, garlic powder, sweet
paprika and pink Himalayan salt until the mix becomes homogeneous.
Soak every strip of seitan into the chickpea mix and then, coat
them with breadcrumbs.
Put the seitan in the air fryer basket and cook at 200 ºC for
10 minutes. When 5 minutes have passed, roll the seitan over, so it
goldens on both sides.
