Lacticol is the juice from lactic acid-fermented cabbages of the species Brassica oleracea L. and beetroot (Beta vulgaris L. var. rapa) sourced from our own organic crops with Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus casei and Bifidobacterium bifidum.
Use as a salad dressing instead of vinegar.
